Note:

All rates above quoted in US Dollars in nightly basis and subject 21% service charge and government tax.

Additional Charges:
- Villa Des Indes I : 3 bedroom (6 adults) plus 3 adult sofa beds Additional sofa bed charge = USD$25++ under 12yrs / USD$35++ over 12yrs per night.
- Villa Des Indes II : 2 bedroom (4 adults) (plus 2 additional single rooms with queen beds for singles with extra charges) Additional sofa bed charge = USD$25++ under 12yrs / USD$35++ over 12yrs per night Additional Single Room (2) = USD$50++ per room per night.
(Villa Des Indes I and II : 5 bedroom if booked together).

Rates above are inclusive of benefits:
- One time round trip Airport transfer ( 1 x transfer in & 1 x transfer out ).
- Full Daily Breakfasts (Western or Asian breakfast).
- Free Wi-Fi internet connection.
- Welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival.
- Flowers arrangement.
- Fully staffs : private chef, butler and house manager.

* Rates do not include gratuities, telephone , meals (breakfast included) or cars and driver.

Seasonal periods:
Low Season: Jan 9th-May 31st (excluding Easter and Chinese New Year), Sept 16th-Dec 19th.
High Season: June 1st-Sept 15th inclusive, Chinese New Year and Easter Week.
Peak Season: December 20th- January 8th inclusive.

Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 nights.
High Season : 5 nights.
Peak Season : 7 nights.

The villa standard check in/out time:
- Clients may check into The Des Indes Collection after 2 pm.
- The mandatory check out time is 12 noon.
- Late check-out prior to 6pm will incur a half-night rate.
- Late checkout past 6 pm incurs a full night rate.

Villa Capacity Policy:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: the two bedroom villas maximum occupancy is up to 4 persons. The three bedrooms villa maximum occupancy is up to 6 persons and entire bedrooms is ideal and comfort to accommodate up to 10 persons. If you wish to have additional guests or function at the villa should be informed in advance to the villa management and otherwise the booking will not be accepted prior confirmation.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars.
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposit and final payments are non-refundable.
- Full payment is required within five (5) working days if the
- Final payment must be paid 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.

Events & Parties:
If you wish to host function or wedding at the villa should be informed in advance to the villa management or booking agent and otherwise the booking will not be accepted prior confirmation.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that your clients take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect them against illness and evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
