Compulsory:
New Year’s Eve Dinner on 31st December 2013 at US$ 100.00 net/adult and US$ 50.00 net/child.

Children Policy:
- Child 0-4 yrs old sharing existing bedding with parents, breakfast free of charge.
- Child 5 to 11 yrs old sharing existing bedding with parents, breakfast at 50% of published rate.
- Child under 12 yrs old using extra bed, will be charged at US$ 25 net per bed per night inclusive of breakfast.
- Child above 11 year old using extra bed at US$ 50.00 net per night inclusive of breakfast.

Season Periods
- Low season period : Apr 01 – Jul 14, Sept 1 – Dec 20 and Jan 06 – Mar 31.
- High season period: Jul 15 – Aug 31.
- Peak season period: Dec 21 – Jan 05.

Villa Capacity
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: the one bedroom maximum occupancy is 2 persons, the two bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons and the three bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.

Check in/out time
- Normal check-in time is at 14:00 hours.
- Normal check-out time is at 12:00 hours.
- Day use until 18:00 hours will be charged at 50% from the contract rate and beyond 18:00 hours will be considered as extended stay, at full charge rate

Minimum Stay
- Low Season: 5 nights.
- High Season: 7 nights.
- Peak Season: 10 nights.
- Be able to book either 3 or 4 nights subject to case by case basis.

Reservation Guarantee
A reservation guarantee or 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation and the balance payment should be settled upon check-in at the villa.

Additional Benefits for Long Staying:
- Minimum 7 (seven) night consecutive stay receive complimentary voucher for set menu dinner or 2 (two) hours Balinese Massage based on villa occupants.
- Complimentary day use until 18.00 hours subject to availability and confirmation basis.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars.
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation
is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
